INDIANAPOLIS Rev. James J. Maher, C.M., president of Niagara University, will participate in the NCAA Division I Strategic Summit in Indianapolis from Aug. 4-5. The summit consists of college presidents, athletics administrators, faculty, students and conference commissioners in an effort to build the foundation for the future of college sports.
